1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Carickex platform, including all games, payment services, loyalty programs, and any other features available through the website or mobile application. The platform is operated under the Carickex brand and is accessible at carickex.net.

By registering an account on Carickex, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Carickex reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof that you meet the eligibility requirements, your account may be suspended and any balance held pending review.

3 Account Registration

To register an account on Carickex, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration remains accurate and up to date.

Each person is permitted to hold only one Carickex account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Carickex uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be closed and balances withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Carickex will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

Carickex accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Carickex does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

Deposits are credited to your Carickex account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be adjusted by Carickex from time to time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your Carickex account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Carickex reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party payment is suspected.

5 Withdrawals

Carickex processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are processed around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Standard withdrawal requests are typically completed within a few hours of submission, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

Before your first withdrawal, Carickex may require you to complete an identity verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and confirming ownership of your registered payment method. Verification is a one-time process and is required to protect both the player and the platform.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the Carickex platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG ensures that every result — whether a card draw, a number selection, a virtual sports outcome, or a spin — is entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including Carickex itself.

The rules for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Carickex will not reverse wagers placed in error where the game rules were clearly stated.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed during that round will be returned to the player's account balance. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Carickex platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place wagers without manual input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Carickex reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond. Where the suspension is the result of a suspected breach of these Terms, Carickex will conduct an investigation before making a final decision on the account status.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Carickex will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Players with dormant accounts should contact support to reactivate their account and access their balance.

10 Responsible Gaming

Carickex is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.
